How fast does my squad start?+
The assessment usually comes back within a few business days of the free call. Once the proposal is approved, the squad starts execution on the agreed timeline — which depends on the real complexity of your environment, mapped during the assessment.
Can I change priorities mid-project?+
Yes, with a simple rule: you can swap one item in the current cycle's scope for another of equivalent size, at no cost. If the new request is bigger, we formalise it as a scope change — timeline and price adjusted, with your sign-off — never informal, never mid-conversation.
What if the problem turns out bigger than the assessment predicted?+
We formalise it as a change request, with a new timeline and price agreed before continuing. You decide before anything extra is billed.
Do you sign an NDA and work in my environment?+
Yes — our standard NDA or yours. We work inside your environment (Azure, Fabric, Power BI Service) under your access policies.
Does it make sense if I already have a BI team?+
Yes — it's the most common scenario. We come in as extra capacity to clear backlog, cover peaks or add the missing skill (usually applied AI, data engineering or MLOps). We don't replace your team — we handle what you don't have hands for today, and step away once it's done.
Do you only do BI, or AI as well?+
Both, in the same squad. One team owns the analytics foundation (Power BI, Fabric, ETL) and the AI use cases (RAG, agents, demand forecasting, classification) — without hiring two consultancies.

It can happen. We guarantee continuity through documented handoff, so you don't have to re-explain everything from scratch.
How do you handle sensitive data?+
We work under a data protection clause in the contract, with an individual NDA for each specialist on the squad. Access is granted by the client and revoked by the client at the end of the project.
How does the Direct Channel work?+
It's a way to keep priority and continuity with DataTeam without negotiating from scratch every time. It's not a lock-in contract — you can leave whenever you want, with advance notice.
What if I want to cancel a project in progress?+
30 days' notice. What's already been delivered is billed as usual, and you get documentation of everything that exists up to that point.
Do prices include taxes?+
No. Applicable taxes are added to the invoice based on your jurisdiction.
Why is the Brazil price different from the international price?+
Pricing reflects the cost of operating in each market — currency, taxes and local structure. Outside Brazil, it also covers English-language support, timezone alignment, and compliance with your country's standards. Same delivery standard, adapted per market.
