Who we are
DataTeam is the result of more than two decades of work in data, BI and engineering, applied to a different model than the traditional one. Instead of hiring a fixed team and reselling hours, we've built a network of senior specialists, curated over the years, and we form squads tailored to each specific need.
This means the client doesn't pay for a large corporate structure, or for idle people between projects. They pay for the diagnosis of the problem and the execution of the solution, with the right squad for that specific challenge.

How we work
We don't staff a person on your team. We build a temporary squad, made up of specialists across different profiles (BI, data engineering, AI), sized specifically for your problem.
The flow is simple: a free initial call to understand your need, a technical assessment that maps your real environment and returns a fixed proposal, the squad executes in sprints with full transparency, and at the end, delivers everything documented and steps away.
